Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Rednight platform ("Service"), operated by Rednight BV, registered in the Netherlands (KVK 95480528), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Age Requirement — 18+ Only

This platform contains sexually explicit adult content. You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to access the Service. By creating an account you confirm that you are 18 or older.

We may require age verification at any time. Providing false age information is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep it up to date.

One account per person. You may not share, sell or transfer your account. Accounts created for fraudulent or illegal purposes will be terminated.

4. Content Ownership & License

All content on the Rednight platform — photos, videos, descriptions — is owned by Rednight Media BV or licensed to it under agreement with the relevant models. All rights reserved.

When you purchase or subscribe to content, you receive a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable personal license to access and view that content for your own private use. You may not download, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content without express written permission.

Unauthorised distribution of content constitutes copyright infringement and may result in legal action.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

All payments are processed by Segpay. By making a purchase you agree to Segpay's payment terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Refunds are not provided for digital content that has been accessed or downloaded, except where required by applicable law (e.g., EU consumer rights directive for un-accessed digital products within 14 days).

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Access or attempt to access content without proper authorisation
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download platform content
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the platform
• Harass or attempt to contact models directly through channels outside the platform
• Upload, share or transmit any malicious code
• Circumvent age verification or access controls

7. Consent & Compliance

Every model featured on Rednight has been age-verified (18+), has provided documented written consent, and has executed a distribution contract with Rednight Media BV. Records are maintained in compliance with 18 U.S.C. §2257 and applicable Dutch law. See our §2257 Statement.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these Terms, or for any reason at our discretion, without prior notice. You may also delete your account at any time from your account settings.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, Rednight BV and its directors, employees and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
