Record-Keeping Requirements Compliance Statement
All models, actors, actresses and other persons who appear in any visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct appearing or otherwise contained in the Rednight platform were over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time of the creation of such depictions.
Custodian of Records
In compliance with the Federal Labeling and Record-Keeping Law (18 U.S.C. §2257), the records required pursuant to 18 U.S.C. §2257 for all content on this website are kept by the following Custodian of Records:

What Records Are Kept
For every model, Rednight Media BV maintains on file:
- Government-issued photo identification verifying the model is 18 years of age or older
- Date of birth documentation
- A signed model release / consent form
- A signed distribution contract
- Any subsequent consent updates or withdrawals
No model's content is published until all three primary documents — age ID, model release, and distribution contract — are on file. This is enforced programmatically within the platform.
Secondary Producers
Rednight BV is a secondary producer as defined by 18 U.S.C. §2257. All content is produced by Rednight Media BV or its authorised associates, all of whom are required to maintain primary producer records.

Records are available for inspection by authorised persons as required by law. Contact the Custodian of Records at the address above to arrange inspection.
Dutch Law Compliance
In addition to 18 U.S.C. §2257, Rednight Media BV operates in full compliance with Dutch law including the Wet op de seksuele misdrijven and applicable GDPR regulations governing the storage of sensitive personal data.
