DMCA Takedown Request

If you believe content on the Rednight platform infringes your copyright, send a written notice containing all of the following:

1. Your full legal name and contact information (email, phone, address)
2. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
3. The specific URL(s) of the allegedly infringing content on our platform
4. A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
5. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf
6. Your physical or electronic signature

Where to Send Notices

Model Content Removal (Consent Withdrawal)

Any model whose content appears on the platform has the right to withdraw consent and request removal of all her content at any time — regardless of contract status. This is enforced at the platform level.

To exercise this right, contact us with your stage name and any identifying information. Content will be taken offline within 24 hours and a WITHDRAWAL record will be added to your compliance file.

Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification including:

1. Your name, address, phone number and email
2. Identification of the removed content and its previous URL
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification
4. Your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in Amsterdam, Netherlands
5. Your physical or electronic signature

Repeat Infringer Policy

Rednight BV will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
